Laura Orlandino is an NASM Certified
Personal Trainer/Nutritional Meal
Planner/Lifestyle & Fitness Coach.
Laura studied Health Science at
CSUN and also pursued her degree in
Business. Her hiking club for moms
and all women has been in full swing
for Four Seasons and was the start of
her business, Full Circle Fitness LA.
Health and Fitness have always been
a part of her life as she consistently
battled the yo-yo syndrome! The day
she gave birth she had reached 201
pounds...it was time for the 'Lifestyle
Change'. Laura had come 'Full Circle'
in all areas of life but had somehow
missed the one that was always so
important, but never fully conquered.
She worked with a Nutritionist and
2-year awarded Top Personal Trainer
for a year to shed the last 30 of the 75
pounds lost, when she realized what
she was always so passionate about
had been achieved and she could now
teach other people how to do the
same. She then pursued her further
education at the National Acadamy of
Sports Medicine, where she also
completed Psychology for Fitness
Professionals. Coming Full Circle
with health and fitness has been a
dream come true and she has spent
the last 3 years sharing it through
personal and group classes for
women, moms, kids, and babies.
Laura is a single mother of 6 year old
Cole and an active member of the
Moms Club of Calabasas where she
has served on Board as President,
Membership VP, VP of Special
Events/Fundraisers, and Secretary.
